1. Overview
This website is the official FMBB membership portal. Each member association has its own secure login to maintain contact data and officials. FMBB administration manages membership status, voting rights, and payment records (“In Order”).
Use the menu at the top of every page:
- Home — shortcuts to the main areas
- Member list — public list of active members (read-only)
- Member guide — this page (membership data and officials)
- AGM guide — how to register delegates for the annual general meeting (open AGM guide)
- AGM agenda — official agenda for the 2026 meeting (open AGM agenda)
- Member login — sign in; when logged in the menu shows My membership (your dashboard)
2. Logging in
- Click Member login in the menu (or on the home page under Members).
- Enter your login email and password supplied by FMBB (or set after a password reset).
- After a successful login you are taken to your dashboard.
If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password? link on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password (if your login email is on file).
The first time you log in with a temporary password, you may be required to choose a new password immediately before you can use the dashboard.
3. Your dashboard
The dashboard shows your association’s short name and the current calendar year. From here you can update allowed fields and save everything with Save changes at the bottom of the main form.
The dashboard is divided into sections:
- Member details — names, country, website, phone, and read-only status fields
- Officials — contacts for the current membership year (when that year is activated)
- Membership history — read-only list of past years and whether each year was “In Order”
- Change password — optional; leave blank if you do not want to change it
- Request login email change — separate form; requires admin approval
If your membership year has not been activated yet, you will see a notice at the top. You can still update member details; officials for that year appear once FMBB activates the year.
After login, the sub-navigation under the header includes Membership data (dashboard). When AGM registration is enabled you will also see Annual meeting, plus links to the AGM guide and AGM agenda in that bar.
4. Member details you can update
You are responsible for keeping the following accurate:
- Short Name — abbreviation used in lists
- Full Official Name — legal or official name of the association
- Country
- Website — full URL including
https://when possible - Phone — international format recommended (e.g.
+32470123456)
Click Save changes after editing. Validation errors are shown next to the relevant field.
5. Information only FMBB can change
The following appear on your dashboard but cannot be edited by your association:
- Cooperation Agreement — shown as Yes/No (read-only)
- Status — Active or Inactive. Inactive associations are not shown on the public member list.
- Voting rights — Voting Rights - YES or Voting Rights - No. Only FMBB can grant or withdraw voting rights.
- Login email — displayed for reference; changes require a formal request (see below)
Contact FMBB administration if any of these need to be corrected.
6. Officials for the current year
When your membership year is active, you can update four roles for that year only:
- Main Contact FMBB
- President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
For each role you may enter name, email, and phone. Changes apply to the current calendar year only; previous years are kept as historical records. Use Save changes on the main form to store officials together with member details.
The Main Contact FMBB email may be used on the public member list as a “Contact” link (the address itself is not displayed on the list).
7. Membership history and “In Order”
The Membership history table is read-only. For each year it shows whether your membership was In Order or Not In Order according to FMBB records (fees and obligations).
It is essential to be In Order with your membership fees for the current year before the annual general meeting. For 2026, the online AGM is on 19 June 2026 at 19:00 (Brussels time); only associations in order and with registered delegates are admitted. See the AGM agenda 2026 for the full notice.
On the day of the annual members meeting, if your membership fees for that year have not been paid, your association automatically loses its voting rights from that date onward and is no longer a member of FMBB as of that moment. To be brought back into good standing, your association must re-start the full membership application procedure. FMBB administration will take your application into consideration, and the outcome will be communicated to you by FMBB, in accordance with the statutory provisions of FMBB vzw (Fédération Mondiale du Berger Belge vzw). Once the meeting date has passed, this portal applies the corresponding status automatically.
Reapplying for membership
If you are no longer a member, you cannot restore membership by editing your dashboard alone. You must complete the full membership application procedure again, in the same way as a new applicant:
- Contact FMBB administration and confirm that you wish to reapply for membership.
- Submit a complete written application, including all documents normally required for a new member association (for example your statutes or bylaws, proof of registration with your national kennel organisation, and FCI affiliation details where applicable).
- Pay all outstanding membership fees and fulfil any other conditions FMBB sets for the year in question.
- Await a formal decision by the FMBB board. FMBB will inform you of the outcome.
- If your application is approved and activated, FMBB administration will update your record in this portal: membership as an active FMBB member, the relevant membership year, payment status “In Order”, and voting rights where applicable. Until then you may still be able to log in, but you are not a member of FMBB, you will not appear on the public member list, and you have no voting rights.
8. Password
To change your password from the dashboard:
- Scroll to Change password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Save changes on the main form.
Leave the password fields empty if you only want to update other information.
9. Changing your login email
Your login email is used to sign in. You cannot change it directly in the member details form.
- Open the separate section Request login email change at the bottom of the dashboard.
- Enter the new login email and your current password.
- Submit the request. FMBB admin will approve or reject it.
While a request is Pending, you cannot submit another one. You will see the status on your dashboard. After approval, use the new email to log in. If rejected, an admin note may be shown; contact FMBB if you need help.
You may receive email notifications at your old and new addresses when a request is submitted or decided.
10. Public member list
The Member list in the menu is visible to everyone. It shows active member associations for a selected year, sorted by country and full name. You can search and filter by country or year.
Only associations that are Active and have an activated membership year for the displayed year appear on the list. Keep your data up to date so visitors see correct contact and website links.
11. Voting rights status (FMBB statutes)
Whether your association is eligible for voting rights depends on the statutory rules of FMBB. This portal reflects those statutory rules automatically, based on the relevant membership/payment status and the annual members meeting timeline.
12. Annual general meeting (AGM)
The AGM is separate from day-to-day membership data on your dashboard. Each year, your Main Contact FMBB (the person who can log in here) may register up to two delegates on the Annual meeting page — one may be the voting delegate, the other an observer, subject to FMBB rules.
- You must be In Order for the meeting year (e.g. 2026) to be admitted.
- After FMBB validates your registration, meeting details are sent by e-mail.
- Countries with several member clubs share one vote; only one designated voter may cast it and must attend the online session.

Official date, admission rules, and numbered agenda: AGM agenda 2026.
13. When to contact FMBB
Contact FMBB administration when you need help with:
- Activation of a new membership year
- Payment status / “In Order” for a year
- Active or inactive status, or voting rights
- Cooperation agreement flag
- Login problems after a rejected email change or lost password
- Reapplying for membership after losing active status (full application procedure)
- AGM delegate registration, validation, or meeting access (see also the AGM guide)
For day-to-day updates—names, country, website, phone, officials, and password—you can use this portal yourself.
